Mesa del Mar is a small coastal settlement in the municipality of Tacoronte, on the north coast of Tenerife. The name means "Table of the Sea," referencing a coastal plateau in the area. Located about 5 km from Tacoronte's center, it sits at an average altitude of 274 meters above sea level.

Unlike neighboring El Pris, Mesa del Mar is quieter, with fewer restaurants or cafes directly on the seafront. The area is less commercialized, making it ideal for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Development and Structure

Mesa del Mar developed primarily as a modest tourist and residential area. It consists of two main zones:

Upper Area

Lower Coastal Area
